1. About PierPoint Mortgage
PierPoint Mortgage LLC is a licensed mortgage broker. We are not a lender; we shop wholesale lender networks on your behalf to identify loan products that fit your financial situation. We are licensed in 15 states.
2. No Guaranteed Approval
Information presented on this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or a guarantee of any specific loan term, rate, fee, or approval outcome. Final loan approval is subject to underwriting requirements imposed by the chosen lender, including but not limited to verification of income, employment, assets, credit history, debt-to-income ratio, and property appraisal. Rates and program availability may change without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Muskegon County, Michigan, except as provided in Section 13.
13. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site (other than small-claims actions and intellectual-property disputes) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Muskegon, Michigan, or another mutually agreeable location. You waive your right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect.
